What steps will reproduce the problem?
> grep \$ INSTALL
$ sudo dpkg -i turnserver-*-*.deb

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
> grep \$ INSTALL
$ sudo apt-get install gdebi-core && sudo gdebi rfc5766*.deb
