"Allocation mismatch" error 437 condition is not handled 100% correctly by the server #130

When the client re-uses the old 5-tuple, sometimes the server erroneously 
reports 401 error when it really has to report 437 error. See this thread:

Found in 3.2.0.94 and in 4.0.1.3. Will be fixed in 3.2.3.95 and in 4.1.0.1.
