Clarify project purpose in docs #2

Currently, all that describes the purpose of astrodatapy is this one sentence: Python tools to collect astronomical data.

Do you intend this project to collect all kinds of astronomical data (i.e., stars/planets/galaxies, time-series etc) or do you only intend to serve as a collection of (a collection of) galaxies?
