Не устанавливается версия 1.1.3. that file is already provided by package * nano

Пытаюсь поставить первый раз.

/opt/packages # opkg update

В данном случае удалите пакет nano командой opkg remove nano, после чего устанавливаете Квас.

Помогло: opkg install kvas_1.1.3_all.ipk --force-overwrite
