Ajax mentioned the /factoid all command is being developed and likely to be PRd soon. I think a /factoid search command should exist, and its output should be ephemeral (only visible to you, dismissible, disappears on client restart) in all channels other than #bot-testing-and-spam, with the same applying to /factoid all. This would allow users to search for factoids in the support channels, and then just dismiss the message, instead of having to go over to bot-testing-and-spam (which can sometimes be a chore on discord mobile), send the command (or 2 if you got it wrong), and then have it sitting there for everyone else to see. Another potential idea is if factoids themselves ever become slash commands, have a button in the /factoid search results to send the top result to the channel, but that might be more than it's worth.
