Fix broken hyperlink to Pingplotter #302

I believe the fix here is actually removing .md not changing to .html. While I see instances of .html being used in another file in the Networking directory we can see that no extension is also used in other places

I think we should try to preserve the no extension method as a default, but I would like some people to weigh in as this would be a standard.

I agree with the no extension method as almost all the wiki is done that way for internal documents.
