How to move follow menus from the member submenu to the profile submenu? #102

This is a re-submit for #101 which seems to have disappeared.

I'd like to move Following and Followers from the member submenu to the profile submenu. I've so far been able to add the follow menus to the profile submenu but I haven't been able to move the screen function from [member-name]/following to [member-name]/profile/following.

Any clues on how to make this move would be most welcome.
