Technical problems when following #108

Once I follow an user for the first time, site displays: "The site is experiencing technical difficulties."

After that, I go back and the user still appears with the follow button, but seems that the follow action took place. When I press "follow" again, it says: "You are already following XYZ" and then "follow" button turns to "unfollow".

Not sure if its a compatibility issue.

Have you tried it with all other plugins deactivated? What does the error log say?

Thanks for your reply. It seems that after deactivating the plugin and making a couple of changes in the child ended up working properly :+1:

But I was wondering now if it there is any way to display the "following" and "followers" count on each respective tab in the user´s profile navigation.

Not sure if I should open up another thread for this question. I found this article where it seems to explain the function for that: https://github.com/r-a-y/buddypress-followers/wiki/Get-the-following-or-followers-count-for-a-user

But after placing it on bp-custom.php or functions.php still not getting the desired result :(
