Where is version 1.3.0 #114

Hello,

I can see inside the changelog inside readme.txt that 1.3.0 is the latest stable version however 1.2.2 is the last version available on this github , where can I download it?

Please also note that if I download the beta version currently in development it shows all the users of the website inside the following and followers tabs on the user's profiles...
