As a developer, I would like to have CI/CD pipelines enabled so that I can verify my code

Acceptance criteria: CI is implemented for Pull Requests and CI status is displayed within the Pull Request

Dependencies: Azure DevOps is set up

Assumption: N/A

Hi Team,

I have set up the Azure DevOps instance: https://dev.azure.com/sbganz/Adelaide

Right now, only the "PR Source Format [Scratch Orgs] using sfpowerscripts" pipeline is enabled.
