Message users that accidentally save the info message as a flair #21

If following something like this approach and the only "flair" available is the message telling people to visit the site, it's possible for a user to select that and not realize that they haven't set it correctly.

Using AutoModerator, it's possible to both message and set flair for users that comment/post based on the user's flair, so we can clear the message they had saved as their flair and inform them of the correct way to do it.
