Sort of existed for a bit because I just hacked it in with a webhook that looked like the bot, but no we actually do need to support fetching Twitter feeds and posting tweet links at some point.
RSS feeds for Twitter profiles are available from Nitter (e.g. https://nitter.net/eritbh then click the feed button in the navbar) so we could probably use that with some custom message formatting for those feeds.
