Incorrect display of bookname language

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to a different language (e.g. German)
2. View the bookname in the "Language > Bible Book Names" menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the "Deutsch" book name option selected.  Instead, the 
first entry in the menu ("Afrikaans") was selected (though the language that 
was being used for book names was in fact German).

If you select German explicitly, then the menu item selected is German, not 
Afrikaans.

Fixed enough in r1021.
Technically it should read the locale ini, find out what the specified SWORD 
locale
is and look that up. In practice, the sword locale for a locale is the same as 
the
locale, and it doesn't look like it handles different cases properly anyway.
