segfault on multiple books deletion #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?
File - Manage Books, then select multiple books, click Delete, confirm 
deletion, and BPBible segfaults.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux, bpbible-r1031

Please provide any additional information below.
I can still delete books individually.

I'm not sure, it seems the books are still deleted, even though the program 
segfaults. I'll do more testing.

This is a problem we've known about for a while, but I couldn't figure out a 
way to fix it.

Sorry, I wasn't reading closely enough. I see this problem as well, and I think 
it is different from issue 52.

Looks to me like it fails while deleting the first book (though as you say 
deleting just one book will work).
