Search in daily devotional shows dd.mm #178

When I search in a daily devotional, the reference is displayed in form 
"01.06".  It should instead be displayed in form "January 6", the same as it is 
in the dictionary window.

See issue 202.  It might be better to use "Jan 6" rather than "January 6" so 
that the reference can be fitted properly.

Similar to this is the fact that the topic name for dictionaries is all 
upper-case rather than being title case.

In the same way, going next and previous in a dictionary / daily devotional 
window will show these "raw" keys in the text box.
