Ability to choose default Strongs Dictionary #184

Why is this feature needed?

There are multiple lexicons keyed to Strongs, and it would be nice to be able 
to choose which one BPBible defaults to. 

What problem will it solve?

Lookup from Strongs numbers going to the wrong/undesired Strongs module. 

Describe a typical usage of the feature:

Clicking on a Strongs link (or hovering) will result in lookup in the desired 
Strongs-number-keyed lexicon module.

Are you aware of any programs that have this feature or a similar feature?

I envision something similar to BibleTime's Settings -> Configure BibleTime... 
-> Desk -> Standard Works.

I'm guessing you weren't wanting to make the change?  (one of the hazards of 
being a developer is that it auto assigns issues you create to you to fix).
