Separate Parallel View and Compare Verses view #197

Currently, there is one parallel view, which gets used for both version
comparison (the same text in different versions listed one after another) and
parallel view (the same verse in each version is displayed side by side in a
table). This means that you cannot use both at the same time.

However, while the implementation may technically be very similar, the intended
usage is actually quite different. Parallel view is meant to have a few
versions in parallel, so the version list should be inclusive, with only the
versions the user selected being shown. On the other hand, with version
comparison you probably want every version to appear unless it has explicitly
been excluded, so that they can be compared. In the same way, parallel view
should probably be continuous scrolling and at the chapter level, while verse
compare view should remain at the verse / passage level.

Ultimately it would be good to be able to start off with a Bible window and
just add an additional Bible / commentary and you have your parallel. I doubt
we will do this soon.

Another wishlist feature would be to be able to change the order the versions
appear in (rather than just using alphabetical order).

If this is being rewritten, issue 62 should also be considered.

Maybe clicking on the book name in the compare verses window should change the
current verse (to the verse in the window) as well as changing the current
book? Or maybe that would just confuse?
