Module installation paths #198

Currently, module installation can default to installing modules in the 
application resources directory.  It will also never remember the path that was 
used in the past, meaning you can sometimes accidentally install modules in 
multiple directories.

Maybe it should use some directory option in your home directory instead, to 
prevent potential permission errors?
