For issue 68, support for formatted copying was added. This only allowed
copying of italics, words of Christ in red, and the font that was in use.
It could be a good idea to:
1. Copy more different types of formatting (each requiring changes to use
inline CSS styles rather than CSS classes and external stylesheets).
2. Allow more fine grained control over what is copied (e.g. select whether
italics is included or not or whether the font used is copied), rather than
just copying all formatting that is currently applied.
