Show/Hide header bar and selected verse highlighting

Thank you for the "BPBible 0.5 Beta 3" version of your wonder Bible software.

I do have a couple of questions/suggestions;

1) Is it possible, or will it be possible, to turn off the "chapter bar" up the 
top of the Bible window that updates the current chapter as the window is 
scrolled through? It get in the way when I choose to have no "Headings". It 
would be nice to be able to change the color of it, if one does choose to use 
it.

2) The same two questions holds true concerning "the currently selected verse".

I think that these settings changes need to have a proper preferences window 
before they are implemented (issue 204).  The Display menu is already too full.
It would be good for the header bar to have a right-click menu saying something 
like "Hide this" as well.
