Some apt packages required in the building process #79

I tried to build waynergy today on a fairly clean Ubuntu 22.04, and I found that quite a few packages are required but not mentioned anywhere. Just put them here to help future me or anyone else.

sudo apt install cmake libwayland-dev libxkbcommon-dev libtls-dev

Sorry... I didn't read the README carefully... These packages are already mentioned in it.
