Dependency declarations #88

This PR takes care of #87 by adding runtime dependency declarations in the gemspec.

The CI build appears to be failing for an unrelated issue (see https://github.com/ariya/phantomjs/issues/13953). This fix should work as is.

Hey thanks for this. Honestly, surprised it didn't burn us before.

I'll experiment as well with the phantomjs alternatives, so far just been waiting for travis-ci to resolve it.
