I want to suggest some general feature

Topgrade should ask for confirmation on custom steps - I do my normal upgrade daily but there are some custom steps I want to run once a week

I can test it from a side branch of Topgrade

Custom steps are custom, if you have some that needs confirmation you should implement in the step themselves.
