There is not trimming of the GOPATH and have a new line at the end

$ topgrade --only go 

 2022-05-21T13:45:00.454Z DEBUG topgrade::runner     > Step "Go"

...
Go: SKIPPED: Path "/home/asfodelus/go\n/bin/go-global-update" doesn't exist

Same with $ GOPATH=$HOME/go topgrade --verbose --only go

$ topgrade --dry-run --only go
Dry running: /usr/bin/go env GOPATH
