Closes #814 and (possibly?) closes #813. A bit more information in #814 threads.

DB (Linux) failure is replicated on main and is due to the Snowflake folks transitioning to a new auth mechanism.

We've got this resolved for MSSQL via #816! I'll go ahead and close—we can make more driver-specific changes if incoming CI for Pro Drivers surfaces more issues.
