Mactype not rendering parts of Outlook 2013 correctly #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Outlook 2013, try to read or write a message. Examine the message 
viewer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the text to be rendered by Mactype, instead I see "ordinary", jagged 
text.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2013.1231.0 

Please provide any additional information below.
Text looks fine in other parts of Outlook 2013
