First draft of T/F #30

Wrote a frist draft of the TRUE/FALSE issue. Also changed how code output is displayed (now has a lightblue background) and adapted the color of the seperation lines accordingly.

I will probably go over this PR in the next days and add more details.

I changed the style.css file to add a background color for code outputs. Right know it is a darker gray, but I'm open for other suggestions if you don't like the look of it :)
