add metadata for footer

This will address #2 and https://github.com/carpentries/sandpaper/issues/269 by adding the URL and source metadata to ensure the footers link back to the source of the lesson.

What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.
