R Dev Container: Connect local Positron IDE to Gitpod via SSH? #64

This is issue 193 on the R Dev Container repo.

This is a very exploratory task, but if someone has experience of connecting IDEs to remote servers via SSH, or is keen to explore this, you may be able to help us work out if we can connect the Positron IDE (or another IDE!) to the R Dev Container on Gitpod.

Some notes from RSECon24 were added to https://github.com/r-devel/r-dev-env/issues/193. There are some open questions that could be looked at during another R Dev Day.
