Add December minutes #25

@hturner Here are December's minutes, there wasn't much to edit. Thanks for adding content about the campfires, I was going to do it but you beat me to it 😄

I'm going to go ahead and merge this so that the URL to the minutes is correct when R Weekly comes out, but we can always update if needed.
