Remove reference to `\synopsis` #158

As part of the R-project sprint, the group working on documentation issues asked @bastistician how up-to-date the Rds page was which prompted him to remove the reference to \synopsis.

Thus, I'm removing it from the dev guide in this PR.

I can look for a link to show the change but wanted to open the draft PR so I don't forget about this!

Let me know if I should make any additional changes to this PR 🙌

In the commit of the changes in the guide/here in the PR. But probably your comment is enough to know what happened with \synopsis. (Although better to link to the real svn revision in case the github repo changes)
