cover page for the dev guide #179

Recently, I had the chance to work with a Scriberia artist (Jem Milton) during the Turing Way book dash 2024. We have come up with an illustration of the R dev guide, welcoming contributors from all levels.

I was wondering if it could be re-used for the guide's cover page. What do you all feel about it?

Feedback from @hturner during R Contributors Office Hours: adapt the illustration to portrait mode before using on the cover page.

The illustration has both text and without text versions. I will share the Zenodo links here once available.
