Add timeline for translation events #12

Add timeline widget for tracking translation events (hackathons, etc) like LatinR, AsiaR translation hackathons.

E.g. the timeline at the end of this page: https://nyc-pyladies.github.io/pyladies-dashboard/pyladies.html
