Why does Weblate retain duplicate deprecated translations? #37

As seen in current weblate/master:

grep -Fr 'See help(\"Defunct\")' src/library/base/po/ne.po -A 1
grep -Er "requires 1 or 2 arguments|dims do not match the length of object" src/library/base/po/pt_BR.po -A 2
4979:msgid "See help(\"Defunct\")"
4980-msgstr "help(\"Defunct\") हेर्नुहोस्"

4988:msgid "See help(\"Defunct\") and help(\"%s-defunct\")."
4989-msgstr ""
--
7870:#~ msgid "See help(\"Defunct\") and help(\"%s-defunct\")."
7871-#~ msgstr "help(\"Defunct\") र help(\"%s-defunct\") हेर्नुहोस्।"
--
7873:#~ msgid "See help(\"Defunct\")"
7874-#~ msgstr "help(\"Defunct\") हेर्नुहोस्"
1031:msgid "%d argument passed to '%s' which requires 1 or 2 arguments"
1032:msgid_plural "%d arguments passed to '%s' which requires 1 or 2 arguments"
1033-msgstr[0] "%d argumento fornecido para '%s', que requer 1 ou 2 argumentos"

Comparing to SVN output of the same greps:

#~ msgid "See help(\"Defunct\") and help(\"%s-defunct\")."
#~ msgstr "help(\"Defunct\") र help(\"%s-defunct\") हेर्नुहोस्।"
--
#~ msgid "See help(\"Defunct\")"
#~ msgstr "help(\"Defunct\") हेर्नुहोस्"
#~ msgid "%d argument passed to '%s' which requires 1 or 2 arguments"
#~ msgid_plural "%d arguments passed to '%s' which requires 1 or 2 arguments"
#~ msgstr[0] "%d argumentos passados para '%s', que requer 1 ou 2"
#~ msgstr[1] "%d argumentos passados para '%s', que requer 1 ou 2"
--
#~ msgid "dims do not match the length of object"
#~ msgstr "dims [produto %d] não corresponde ao comprimento do objeto [%d]"

It would appear that Weblate has somehow added these strings back from the dead -- I also don't find them in the R sources.
