2 reasons why we should refactor some data properties (eg. workspace) in the Data column:
the namings can be ambiguous and should better characterize the target software eg. workspace is not self-explaining the fact it targets essentially Geoserver.
in case of having at least 2 software (geoserver, d4storagehub) handling a same concept, their value being different it will create a conflict. see for example #154
