The idea is to enrich the D4SCience action with some logic to manage other resources than data and metadata that would be included in the workflow directory (eg. Markdown Cf #135).
[x] create an option 'otherUploadFolder' to manage list of folders to upload before others actions (e.g. to enrish with relation)
[x] manage upload of folders no include in otherUploadFolder list, data and metadata if 'DepositWithFiles' is TRUE
