add option to zenodo action for filtering by file extension and regular expression for data/metadata uploads

when running a geoflow workflow, not necessarily all datasets handled in the data / metadata subdirs should be uploaded to a zenodo deposit. The idea of this small improvement is to add options to be able to retain some data/metadata files from their file extension and naming.
