Referring to https://github.com/eblondel/geometa/issues/184 ISO 19115/19139 validation with INSPIRE metadata validator now requires a user API key to be authorized for metadata testing. Further flexibility will be added to add a specific instance of INSPIRE metadata validator, in case the production online instance is not used.
