Can't edit ISO 19115 in Geonetwork when multiple identification infos specified #271

partially solved for simple (default) use cases with geoflow, where an option has been added to add service identification info to ISO 19115 metadata (see #283 ). Default is FALSE, means that only the DataIdentification info will be added.

This was contributed and solved with https://github.com/geonetwork/core-geonetwork/issues/6454 It's available in Geonetwork >= 4.0.6
