Polygon extent issue #281

Hi Emmanuel,

We found a new issue in geoflow with polygon extent. If the WKT is not rectangular (in gsheet), polygon extent appears empty in geonetwork and a SRID error occurs.

@wheintz do you have an example for this? it would be good to re-test as it sounds related to https://github.com/r-geoflow/geoflow/issues/282 (fixed)
