DBI database entity handler behaviors when source is NULL or empty #337

The dbi entity handler should:

specify a default source in case no one is provided or provided empty. In that case, the default source tested will be "public.metadata". * In case this default source is not available, the DBI entity handler should attempt to use a generic dbi handler that will build entities based on the list of tables available in the database. For this a new generic dbi handler for geometry_columns will be designed.
