Geoserver services publication - check that styles are available before assignment to featuretype/coverage #380

If a style is listed but not available in Geoserver (not uploaded), this will fail silently. The featureType or coverage will be updated with the style names, including styles that are not in Geoserver. This ends up with a missing layer in Geoserver after reloading the catalog.
