libzstd-devel in intel container #72

I have a job on the intel container which is lacking libzstd-devel. What should I do to fix this? Should I submit a pull request to update the Dockerfile for this container? Happy to do that if so. Thanks, Rory

With https://github.com/rstudio/r-system-requirements/pull/175#pullrequestreview-2293582791 this shoudl be fixed now. Let me know if you still have issues.
