cran_top_downloads() returns "No encoding supplied: defaulting to UTF-8." warning.

You don't get this for the other functions?

I saw that httr::content() appears elsewhere. But I think that cran_top_downloads() was the only function that returns the warning.

Oh, it is the server's fault. httr hasn't changed for a long time, so it is not that. Anyway, thanks!
