cranlogs appears to be down #61

I get a 404 for https://cranlogs.r-pkg.org/downloads/daily/last-week.

Same when I use the R package:

library(cranlogs)
cran_downloads()
#> Error in cran_downloads() : Not Found (HTTP 404).
