Need a new API parameter for this, and need to update all backend scripts as well.

[x] Fix email (takes package name & version from file name currently)
[x] Linux check script
[x] Windows check script
[x] macOS check script
[ ] Solaris check script

This is harder than expected, because the tarball DESCRIPTION might not have a Maintainer field, it might be generated from Authors@R. So either we need to run R on the frontend machine (!), or need to parse out the maintainer in JS.....

Or we could make the email address compulsory in this case?
