[ ] Remove link to r-builder from the web site
[ ] Add deprecation notice to the r-builder repo
[ ] Archive r-builder repo

feedback:

[ ] Move the issues from feedback to rhub
[ ] Add deprication notice to the feedback repo, link to rhub
[ ] Archive feedback repo

Btw reg archiving I find GitHub archiving not very obvious (one could miss the archive banner at the top) so for rOpenSci repos we add a stop sign to the repo description and a status badge inside the README (and delete most the README content) cf https://github.com/ropensci?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=&type=archived&language= :-)
