For a package, produce a tibble with for each release

version
date
number of deletions compared to previous version if there was any (via the GitHub mirror of CRAN code source + https://developer.github.com/v3/repos/commits/#get-a-single-commit + httr+ jsonlite)
number of additions, likewise.
