Reverted sysreqs to simple installs: https://github.com/r-hub/sysreqsdb/commit/393e20866f9b7d0179cadc4d317070de74b6adf9

Updated docker images as well for CentOS6, and it indeed works fine now.

Debian testing: this is OK Ubuntu 16.04: fails, probably because of no HTTPS support, or need to upgrade pandoc version Fedora 24: fails, probably because of no HTTPS support, or need to upgrade pandoc version
