Make sure they can connect to Jenkins and do builds

[x] 1. How to set Jenkins password? We could probably randomly create one if it does not exist on the volume?
[x] 2. Let Jenkins through nginx, on a separate port, e.g. 8080 (this should be automatically https via nginx)
[ ] 3. Work out how to use the correct internal or external URL to the web app, from jenkins jobs.
[ ] 4. Have a script or sg that pulls up a builder on Azure, somehow. Either via Docker or the native Azure API.

Re. point 3, we can use the node labels, available in NODE_LABELS. If this contains internal, then we connect to the internal URL. Otherwise to the external one.
